Please read these terms carefully.           Foyr depends on third-party providers (e.g., cloud hosts, network carriers, data centers) to make the Services available. Foyr is not liable for failures, delays, or outages caused by these providers, and Users accept the risk of such interruptions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          • Distribute, sublicense, assign, share, buy, sell, rent, lease, or transfer the Software, Website, or User rights<\/li><\/ul>

            Users may use Website material or content uploaded by others only for purposes related to the Services and in accordance with these Terms.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

              Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of non-public, proprietary information received from the other. Foyr will take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized disclosure, except as required by law or to deliver the Services.               Subscriptions and Renewals:<\/strong> If you subscribe to a paid plan, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually, as applicable). We will notify you before your subscription auto-renews. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

              Definition of Renewal Date: <\/strong>The Renewal Date is the calendar day corresponding to the original purchase date, recurring monthly or annually, as selected by the User. All renewals occur automatically at 12:00 AM EST on the Renewal Date.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

              \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

              Cancellation:<\/strong> If you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. Your subscription will not renew thereafter. You will not be entitled to a refund of any fees already paid for the current billing period.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

              By opting in during registration for a Free Trial, Users agree to receive product-related emails, SMS, or calls. Users may opt out at any time via unsubscribe links or by contacting connect@foyr.com. Opting out does not affect essential transactional communications.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

              Users are solely responsible for all content uploaded or submitted through the Services. By submitting content, Users represent and warrant that they own or are duly licensed to use such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights, including intellectual property. Foyr assumes no liability for User Submissions. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Foyr from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to their submissions.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

              • For U.S.-based Users: governed by Delaware law.<\/li>
              • For non-U.S. Users: governed by Singapore law.<\/li>
